All other orders placed will be sent via UPS within 24 hours.

Changes to Delivery Procedure

Message from the Post Office and Parcel Force.

In order to protect both our staff and customers as much as possible, we will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures. Instead, our drivers will log the first and last name of the person accepting the item and will record the geolocation of the delivery.  This will apply to all deliveries that normally require a signature.

If customers are unable to come to the door, they will post a contact card in the normal way, advising of other ways they can arrange to get their items.

Deliveries from Danish Collection of Larger Items

Providing your delivery address is in reasonably close proximity to our store in Sevenoaks, Kent, we will delivery larger items to you. If you are not able to come to the door, please send an email to sevenoaks@danishcollection.co.uk  providing us with details of a safe place to leave the item.

Free delivery in the UK on orders over £50.00, except for larger furniture items.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.95, which will arrive within 3-4 working days. Orders over £50 are free with the exception of furniture and heavy items, where the delivery costs will vary and can be obtained upon request on 01732 452620.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £6.95, orders made before 1pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm or on a Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. Delivery costs will vary for furniture and heavy items, however, these can be obtained upon request on 01732 452620.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY ( inside Europe ) 

£17.50, please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY ( outside Europe ) 

We regret that at the present due to timings and costs, we only deliver within the United Kingdom mainland. However, if you live outside of the United Kingdom and desire some of our products, please call +44 1732 452620 and we will be happy to ship your chosen goods, if possible.

SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
All our orders will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If no one is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address, our courier will leave a card and telephone number for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order, our courier will not be able to leave your order ‘in a safe place’ at the address.

RETURNS POLICY

The purchaser has a statutory right to return their order and receive a full refund on any online purchase with the exception of earrings, which may not be returned due to hygiene reasons

 
To receive a refund, the purchaser must return the goods with the original receipt together with written confirmation of the reason for return within 30 days of purchase.
 
The return of goods will be permitted, however, providing the goods are returned in pristine condition for resale with their original packaging, complete with all labelling, any accessories, manuals or other documentation.
 
We regret that postage and packaging charges are non-refundable unless goods received are faulty or have been received in error.
